Requirements:

- Flexible, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in utilizing technical tools and systems for data analysis and decision-making.

Position Summary:
Manages procurement operations to ensure materials and services meet organizational requirements for quality, volume, availability, and pricing. Oversees supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and risk management while ensuring compliance with industry and governmental regulations.
- Develops and implements procurement strategies to meet organizational requirements for quality, volume, availability, and pricing.
- Maintains supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and monitors performance to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are met.
- Responds to changes in demand or supply chain disruptions, collaborating with other functions to define inventory requirements and manage levels.
- Works closely with the Director of Fleet Maintenance to coordinate procurement activities related to fleet operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of necessary materials and services.
- Oversees procurement budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while adhering to financial constraints.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance supplier performance.
- Monitors market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinates with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Drives sustainability initiatives by selecting environmentally responsible suppliers and materials.
- Ensures procurement and recordkeeping processes comply with industry and governmental regulations through regular audits.
- Works flexible hours and participates in special projects as required.
